Oh, Kraziness of Klamath!

March 1
March 11
And it REALLY was that warm!

Flyway Coffee Bar Family

Sometimes it goes like this....
If we want to see MORE of Paul and Lindsey,
we have to go to THEM!  =\
Lindsey is working on her creative art.
Levi went in to help Dad a little behind the scenes.
Paul and Travis...kicking out the sandwiches.
They are quite a pair!
Lindsey's practice piece.
Sophie spent a little time
behind the counter on her birthday.

February Forget-me-nots

There is no end to this one's antics!
I'd say the squirrel family is expected for lunch!
Jenny caught napping!
These 2  (Amie and Nathan) can give each other a run for the money!

Scattered birthdays...

OK, I admit it...I am not a good party mom.
And ANY of my children will attest to that!
The older I become,
the less organized I become also.
So...we have birthday celebrations crammed in
and on the fly!

Our first February birthday is Lindsey....
We took her a cake at work and she took a minute to sit with us to eat it.
Happy 23rd Birthday, Sunshine!
We THREW together a girls party for Sophie's 7th birthday.
A scavenger hunt...
make your own pizza....
and we ran out of time for the ice cream sundaes.
But they had plenty of candy previously, so I am sure their parents did not mind.
The yarn was a BIG hit.
She doesn't know how to crochet or knit yet,
but she is finding plenty of creative things
to do with it!
I'm not sure how we got to 7 already,
but here we are!
Family party for 3!
We are blessed by God,
with each year, each special moment we have together!

How's my talk? How's my walk?

I am in the middle of listening to a message series by Alistair Begg called "A Christian Manifesto." Some challenging words for ME, from the February 16th broadcast.

Luke 6:20-27 admonishment as Aliens and strangers...
"God's people are in danger in 2 extremes.
1) being absorbed by the culture, thereby having people to talk to and nothing to say, or
2) isolated from the culture, having something to say, and no one to talk to.
The challenge is to identify with the world in its need but not in its sin.  And there surely can be no more hurtful comment for the Christian than the words, 'but you are no different than us.' in regards to money, ambition, friendship, integrity, and overall lifestyle." Alistair Begg

Child's Play

I don't know what Amie was playing, but she played in this box for a LONG time!  Till it fell apart!
Ahhh boxes...the perfect toys!  They can be so MANY things!
Amie, your ATTITUDE is showing!
The girls on croquet mallet crutches!
