Italy-April 3rd

A peek into our room
Yummy breakfast....
hard boiled egg, croissant, fresh veggies (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, carrots),
crusty bread and coffee!
Leaving our room for the day
Door #1, Door #2, Door #3....?
The bridge to no where
Garbage bouncing around, just stuck!
Click on picture to what all is there!
This was supposed to be a lesser known street shopping area.  Maybe several years ago.
By the looks of things, everyone knows about it!
Piazza de Espagna
Do we WANT to go down there?
The steps down were crowded with people just sitting.
Kind of like a maze to get through.
Trevi Fountain...Very famous popular place,
and hard to get a picture without heads!
A peek in the back door of a kitchen!
This was an open area they had excavated to see the old beneath.
The place was crawling with cats!
The Pantheon
Street artists
The buildings/houses were intriguing.
Loved the colors, particularly the rusty pottery color.
After much walking, we decided to take the train out to the airport to check on our luggage, since the phone numbers they gave me to call and check went NO WHERE!
Cheap sunglasses work!

And YES...after sorting through 5 rooms of piled luggage, and piles of it out in the hallways, we found our 3 pieces of luggage, in a room that they didn't even offer...we just stuck our nose in the door!
Thank you Lord!

Some roughians we encountered!
Turns out they wanted 10 Euro for a picture with them!
For animals or people?
Jordan...how do you measure up to Caesar?
Dancing with the stars!
BOYS!  They are same the world over!
Seashells seemed to be the fashion of their day.
They weren't usually on their heads though!
Today's fashion!
